Rule changes starting in the 2012 season.


Taxi squads will consist of the following:

one corner infielder
one middle infielder
one corner or middle infielder
one catcher
two outfielders 
two additional position players (any position)

three starting pitchers
three relief pitchers
two additional pitchers (starter or reliever)

one player or pitcher may be on a minor league roster
two taxi squad players can be on the disabled list


When active players are traded/demoted/moved to the disabled list
they can only be replaced with a player from your roster. 

At the all-star break there will be a draft of the active 
players not on an SMLBA roster. That draft will be two rounds
and will be last to first in the first round, first to last in
the second round. A team can pass if they do not want to select
a player. Each player selected costs .50. Players on the DL may
be selected.

Players acquired in the mid-season draft can be traded 
within the SMLBA and cannot be kept for the subsequent season.

A team has eight free moves to make instead of six.

The trading deadline is at the end of week 22.

Players in the minors and on the DL can be traded.
